“He has excelled in all his endeavours and I have watched how he has carved a niche for himself due largely to hardwork, commitment and attention to details. These are attributes that have gone a long way in achieving the core mandate of the DTAC which he superintended over in the past 5-years.

“Within a record time, he has ensured that the Technical Aid Corp scheme under his Directorate have become vibrant enough and placed on the pedestal to effectively carry out its purpose of existence.

“He has equally given a boost to the modus operandi of Nigeria’s external relations among countries in the sub-region, regional level and even beyond which accounts largely for the cooperation and goodwill Nigeria has enjoyed in countries who have used her volunteers.

“More than ever, Nigerian TAC scheme has catered for the needs of UNDP, United Nations Volunteers Service, the commonwealth and other relevant international development agencies as well as NEPAD. It was therefore not surprising that the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) report on Nigeria, specifically commended the scheme for its generous contributions in the development of societies in the African, Caribbean and the Pacific countries”, the ACCI President stressed.
