The Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) has postponed its training programmes earlier scheduled to hold in April this year.
The President of the Institute, Barr. Emeka Obegolu said this has become necessary in view of the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
In a statement, Barr. Obegolu said the decision was taken after careful consultation with stakeholders.
“This is to inform the members of the Institute and general public that all training programs of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) scheduled to hold in the month of April, 2020 have been postponed until further notice.
“This decision has been reached after careful consideration and consultation with health professionals regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep the public updated.
“Please stay safe”, the statement said.
