I warmly welcome you all to this first quarter Council Meeting of our great Association, the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA). I thank Almighty God for keeping us in good health and bringing us together for this Meeting. I appreciate your presence here today, which is a reflection of the high esteem with which you hold our dear Association.

Distinguished members of the NACCIMA Council, I want to express my deep gratitude to you all for your relentless support and commitment, especially at this time when our country is confronted with health, social, political, and economic challenges, the likes of which has not be seen in decades.

Despite these challenges, we have shown our commitment to continue to be “the Voice of the Nigerian Business”, playing a significant role in the economic growth and development of our country through our advocacy, business development and trade promotion activities. These efforts have contributed our nation’s quick exit from recession brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nevertheless, we must not and cannot rest on our oars; we are not out of the woods yet. However, I am confident that with your unwavering support and collaborative efforts, we will attain greater heights to the benefit of our Association and the Nation at Large.

Thank you.
