CeProd Targets Workplace Efficiency with Certified Productivity Professionals.

LAGOS — The Centre for Public Service Productivity and Development (CeProd) is seeking to strengthen workplace productivity and organisational performance through its Certified Productivity Professional (CPP) programme for professionals across Nigeria’s public and private sectors.
The Centre said the programme is designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and strategies for improving productivity, measuring performance, managing resources and addressing workplace inefficiencies.

According to CeProd, its next Certified Productivity Professional examination will hold online on October 24, 2026, as part of its professional development and certification pathway.

Director-General, Dr Chris Egbu, said the programme would help professionals develop the knowledge required to identify inefficiencies, improve processes and contribute more effectively to organisational performance. CeProd identifies Egbu as its Director-General.

The curriculum covers areas including organisational and staff productivity, performance measurement, key performance indicators, knowledge management, growth strategies, digital marketing, cash-flow and liquidity management, personal productivity, organisational efficiency, negotiation and succession planning.

The programme is targeted at managers, supervisors, entrepreneurs, business owners, HR and administrative professionals, team leaders, consultants, project managers and other public and private-sector professionals seeking to strengthen their productivity knowledge and career development.

Centre for Productivity, CeProd said the certification is intended to go beyond professional recognition by equipping participants with practical approaches that can be applied to workplace challenges, productivity improvement and organisational development.
